Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging UI layouts, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate user requirements and wireframes into visually appealing, functional designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve product design.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align business goals with user needs.
  • Maintain design consistency across products by following and evolving the brand style guide and design systems.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methods.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centric designs.
