Job Summary

As a Sustainability & Impact Consultant, you will bridge innovation, strategy, and purpose—helping organizations embed sustainability into their operations while leveraging digital tools to measure, report, and amplify positive impact.

You will guide businesses on their journey toward net-zero goals, ESG compliance, and impact-driven growth, while working alongside our technology teams to craft digital platforms, dashboards, and analytics that bring sustainability data to life. This is more than a consulting role—it’s an opportunity to create lasting change through technology and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to develop sustainability strategies aligned with business goals and global frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, UN SDGs, TCFD).
  • Conduct impact assessments, ESG gap analysis, and materiality studies to shape actionable roadmaps.
  • Design and support sustainability reporting systems that meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with CE Tech’s digital engineering teams to create dashboards, data intelligence tools, and AI-driven solutions for sustainability tracking.
  • Advise on carbon reduction strategies, renewable energy adoption, and circular economy initiatives.
  • Deliver presentations, reports, and workshops that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of global sustainability trends, policies, and innovations to ensure clients remain future-ready.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of consulting or corporate sustainability experience, preferably with exposure to ESG frameworks and impact measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability standards and disclosure frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UN SDGs).
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to digital platforms, analytics, or tech-enabled sustainability reporting tools is a plus.
