Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be at the intersection of technology and problem-solving, creating scalable applications that deliver seamless user experiences and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
  • Work across front-end (React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) technologies.
  • Build and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) to support complex business needs.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices architectures.
  • Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices are maintained.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Front-end: React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Back-end: Node.js, Express, Django, or Spring Boot
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Pytest, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
